Abdulla Al Rostamani Properties is a member of Al Rostamani Group, founded by Abdulla Hassan Al Rostamani in the early 1950s. As a private real estate developer, we develop and manage properties that contribute to the evolving urban landscape of Dubai and the UAE.
Our story traces back to 1977, when our late founder Abdulla Hassan Al Rostamani envisioned the 15-story Al Rostamani Twin Towers, among the early high-rise developments on Sheikh Zayed Road. That milestone reflected an early belief in Dubai’s long-term potential and laid the foundation for the establishment of Abdulla Al Rostamani Properties in 2006.
Since then, we have built a growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Each property is shaped by a clear understanding of market needs, with a focus on thoughtful design, quality delivery, and long-term value.
In addition to development, we provide property management and project management services to help ensure our assets are maintained and operated to high standards. This integrated approach supports both the performance of individual properties and the long-term strength of our portfolio.
